Standard ground shipping takes approximately 3 to 5 business days within the continental United States. If you have not received your order within 14 days from your purchase date, please contact Mother E customer support via email at support@MotherE.co or by phone at 866-981-5711.
(United States) – For standard orders, shipping rates are calculated based on weight.
Any order placed in the United States can be upgraded to 2-3 day priority shipping (First class USPS). Rates are calculated based on weight and the postal zone shipped to.
Any order placed in the United States by 11:00 am (MT) can be upgraded to Fedex Overnight and will arrive the following business day by 4:30 pm (excluding Sunday and major holidays). Rates are calculated based on the delivery zone shipped to.
Orders shipped internationally take approximately 8 to 14 days. Rates are calculated based on weight. Additional custom or duty fees may apply upon arrival.
We are deeply committed to delivering high-quality, pure products and we want you to be delighted with your purchase. You may return any unopened products for any reason within thirty (30) days of your purchase date to receive a full refund. You may also receive a partial refund for products that have been opened and/or partially used.

Your package must be received by Mother E within thirty (30) days of the date of purchase. Once the package is received, you will receive a credit to your card within 14 days. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping and Handling fees are nonrefundable. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.
